Yosemite Falls Ladybug

If you’re a regular follower of my Instagram account, you probably know that Yosemite is my favorite National Park’s. The sheer size and beautify of the park can leave a person speechless. The Yosemite Valley itself is jaw dropping. But the park is rich in history. A long line of photographers have come here and many have taken stunning photos.
While Yosemite Valley has beautiful large granite cliffs and waterfalls that can leave a person in awe, the smaller things shouldn’t be overlooked either. The park has its fair share of unique plants and animals that are all part of an intricate ecosystem. I shot this picture along the trail to the Upper Yosemite Falls overlook.
This gem was found on the way back down almost near the bottom of the trailhead. Yosemite Falls is known for it’s steep climb to the top of Yosemite Valley along North America’s tallest waterfall. The waterfall is stunning, but the trail is full of other views too. The lighting was perfect to capture this small ladybug nestled among the plants. This ladybug is a reminded to take the time to stop and notice the little things that are overshadowed by larger things.
